Stephanie's Classic Meatballs

Our good friend Stephanie shared with us how she liked to use our product and we wanted to share with you just another great and exciting way to enjoy Cheric's!

1 lb Ground beef
4 tbsp Cheric's marinade
2 Eggs
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup milk
4 slices white bread (trim crust, diced small)
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for Sautéing

In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together till combined well. Form into balls, as big or small as you would like. Place in a sauté pan until golden-brown. Finish cooking in your favorite jarred or homemade tomato sauce.

Suggested Serving Ideas

Serve as a sandwich with toasted garlic-bread and top with melted mozzarella, or serve over steaming pasta.

Chef's Tip

If the mixture seems too wet try adding more bread till mixture becomes formidable.
