Steak Marinade Recipe

Oven-roasted London-broil

1 London-broil steak
Cheric's marinade
Salt and pepper to taste

Place meat in a large bowl or bag. Mix well Cheric's marinade. Spoon out and coat meat liberally with marinade. Sprinkle to your desired taste salt and pepper. Allow meat to marinate. When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400-degrees F and cook till desired temperature.

Suggested Side-Dishes

Oven-roasted potatoes, mashed potatoes, and roasted broccoli.

Chef's Tip

Allow meat to rest before slicing. This will allow the juices to rest and your meat will stay juicy and moist.

Note

I recommend adding the salt and pepper DURING marinating process due to the fact a London-broil is thicker then your average piece of meat and you want to allow the s and p to penetrate.
